Profiles we are looking for

 

Your responsibilities Your background
  • Provide internal and external technical expertise and counsel relating to company products and their marketability.
  • Participate in sales programs to sell company products and services and provide customers with engineering expertise relative to specific product lines.
  • Serve as liaison to the factory as well as our Front End Sales organization.
  • Serve multiple market channels such as ABB Front End Sales, manufacturing representatives, original equipment manufacturers and end-users.
  • Coordinate pricing to a variety of channels to ensure comparable opportunity for success.
  • Interpret complex specifications, schematics and other documents accurately.
  • Host customer visits for the purpose of training, order execution and promotion.
  • Research and analyze data to identify trends, issues and other relevant information.
  • Maintain a competitor information system that provides rapid, up-to-date information for short and long term planning.
  • Develop competitor analysis containing key activities and statistics.
  • Perform a variety of other duties such as conducting survey, coordinating forecasts and analyzing market research questionnaires.
  • Higher technical degree (Electrical Engineering preferred).
  • Experience in area of sales, marketing, tendering or project will be advantage.
  • Experience with Power Products and electrical engineering knowledge will be a plus.
  • Very Good command of written & spoken English.
  • Availability to connect knowledge from multiple areas.
  • Excellent text analysis and interpretation skill.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Self-reliance and responsibility.
  • Proficiency with technical tools such as MS-Office.
  • Analytical & Systematical thinking.
  • Driving license cat. B.

Your responsibilities Your background
  • Being a part of the team dealing with mechanical design various types transformers for factories from the group outside Poland;
  • Creation of models and documentation of welded constructions and elements created as a result of metal forming and machining (Creo Parametric);
  • Selection of construction materials taking into account the requirements for transformers;
  • Developing and respecting the principles of the internal quality process (e.g. mutual projects review, evaluation and comparison of previous designs and drawing conclusions as a result);
  • Pro-active sharing of knowledge and experience among the team;
  • Possibility to join the team of strength analysis (calculations of the structure's resistance to high pressures, lifting, transport, seismic and fatigue in Ansys Mechanical or Creo Simulate).
  • Technical University degree in engineering (mechanical engineering preferred);
  • Proficient knowledge of 3D modeling programs (eg. Creo Parametric) and MS Office;
  • Knowledge of mechanical simulation tools and knowledge of heavy duty engineering materials and manufacturing processes;
  • Fluent verbal and written English allowing easy communication in international environment, knowledge of another language is advantageous;
  • Experience in working as a design engineer/design specialist position;
  • Responsibility, independence and punctuality;
  • Ability to work in team and excellent organization of own work;
  • Analytical skills and ability to solve the problems quickly.

Your responsibilities Your background
  • Electrical designing, engineering and the technical documentation of various types transformers according to national and international technical standards and customer requirements;
  • Performing the designs & meetings the customer technical parameters for products and creating design documentation in accordance with agreed objectives;
  • Optimization of design solutions to the best of technical and commercial aspects;
  • Identifying problems and providing solutions;
  • Preparing audits of electrical design for other team members.
  • Selecting all additional devices and transformer accessories according to customer specification.
  • Perform Transformer Fuse Coordination.
  • Managing & controlling of assigned projects and their targets;
  • Consult with other engineering groups to ensure that specified engineering criteria are suitable for the proposed application, and recommend revisions, as appropriate;
  • Participation in technical meetings and design reviews.
  • Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred);
  • 1+ years of professional experience working with transformers;
  • Extensive experience working with transformer systems or related technologies (e.g. electromagnetics, induction systems, etc.);
  • Experience with the design of customized transformers is a plus;
  • Knowledge and professional experience with Transformer Protection, Transformer control cabinet design / systems layout, Transformer diagnostics, and/or Transformer Testing (especially in a factory environment);
  • Capability in a 3D modeling package would be considered as a plus;
  • Strong English language skills is a requirement;
  • Strong attitude for using basic computer applications (e.g. MS-Office);
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Resistance to stressful situations
