On-Site Service Specialist

The Onsite-Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide hands-on technical support to end-users.
  • Collaborate with other teams to troubleshoot incidents and implement changes
  • Offer ad-hoc training on common IT topics and guide users through self-service tools.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update hardware and software systems.
  • Install and configure IT equipment and applications.
  • Monitor system performance across hardware and software.
  • Train users on device functionality and software usage.
  • Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.

What You Bring:

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues.
