The opportunity

Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services.  Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.
 
Nearly half of our white-collar workforce comprises employees in engineering and scientific fields. How you’ll make an impact

1. You will assist the quality team in their daily work, including document collation, data entry, etc.

2. You will participate in quality checks and tests, and document relevant data and results.

3. You will assist in the development and execution of quality control plans.

4. You will follow up on the resolution of defects and problems to ensure that the product quality meet the standards.

5. You will collect and analyze quality-related data and provide recommendations for improvement.

6. You will participate in quality training and knowledge sharing activities.

7. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a bachelor's in electrical engineering, machinery and other related majors.

2. Strong hands-on ability and problem-solving ability and be able to complete experimental tasks independently.

3. Good team player, able to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members.

4. Work conscientiously and responsibly, pay attention to details, and be proficient in operating computers and office software.

5. Creative thinking, analytical skills, and organized work.

6. Strong English reading and writing skills, pass CET-4 or CET-6.
