Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services. Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.

How you’ll make an impact
1. You will be responsible for commercial execution for projects including SAP system & E-Process platform operations, such as order input, DN release, invoice application etc.
2. You will be supporting Project Manager to monitor project progress and update manufacturing status in a daily basis.
3. You will be supporting Project Manager on project coordination, contract management, documentation preparation, FAT coordination and data analysis.
4. You will be assisting PM manager to develop or upgrade templates, tools and techniques.
5. You will be completing other tasks assigned by the department.
6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold bachelor's degree majoring in electrical, engineering, or mechanical is preferred.
2. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Strong sense of responsibility, willing to take challenges.
4. Good communication skill in both verbal and writing English and Chinese.
