Field Operations Manager

The opportunity

Our Service Business is expanding rapidly, and if you want to be part of this journey, now is the time. Our Service portfolio covers everything from on-site installation to scheduled maintenance, value-added services, troubleshooting, extensions, retrofits, and replacements.

We are looking for a business-driven and strategic manager to lead a team of approximately 15 field technicians. You will have overall responsibility for personnel, work environment, budget, and business development within your area. The role involves working proactively to develop both the operations and the employees, with a focus on long-term profitability and sustainability.

As a manager, you are a key player in creating a safe and efficient work environment while driving improvement initiatives and identifying business opportunities—both short and long term. You have a strategic perspective and the ability to see the big picture as well as the details.

You will have budget responsibility and are expected to work towards achieving both operational and strategic goals. By developing skills and working methods, you contribute to building a strong and future-oriented organization.

  • Lead and develop the organization, employees, and their ways of working to meet current and future needs.
  • Create a culture characterized by continuous improvement and business focus.
  • Identify and drive business opportunities within your area of responsibility.
  • Overall responsibility for personnel and work environment, ensuring a safe and pleasant workplace.
  • Conduct salary reviews and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure that the organization meets set goals and that these are clear to all employees.

Your Background

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering or Technology, or equivalent technical education.
  • Several years of experience as a manager and leader, preferably in a similar business.
  • Experience with budget responsibility.
  • Strong ability to lead, inspire, and make decisions.
  • Strategic and proactive mindset with the ability to see the big picture.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
