Marketing Communications Specialist (SocMed)

Mission statement:

The Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for supporting digital product marketing initiatives in Global Product Group Grid and Power Quality Solutions and Service (GPG GPQSS) within the Global Business Unit Grid Integration (BU GI). This position will report to Global Product Marketing Lead, GPG GPQSS who is based in New Delhi, India.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will work in complete alignment with GPG Product Marketing vision and strategy and develop, coordinate and implement social media marketing campaigns.

  • You will coordinate and support the implementation of marketing automation strategy for marketing campaigns.

  • You will be reporting of marketing campaigns within the GPG.

  • You will do video production for product videos, success case and other marketing activities and liaise with agencies across the globe to produce the videos.

  • You will provide support for events with digital assets like videos, flyers, apps, implement updates on the product webpages and the intranet based on strategy. This will include enhancements, integration of other tools, processes, etc. with the objective of increasing the effectiveness and improve its usability to better accommodate customer and market needs.

  • You will share regular update of content on the product marketing page on the intranet to increase internal information flow, awareness of business activities and dialogue within the organization.

Your background:

  • You hold diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing/ communications, business administration, or other relevant/ related discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing or marcom field.       

  • At least 3 years of CMS experience in (Web usability, analytics, SEO, etc.).

  • Proficient in MS Office, understanding of the B2B business and its aims.

  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools like Eloqua, search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques, Google analytics (Adobe Analytics), digital ads knowledge (social media and Google Ads), managing campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook and other relevant social media channels and graphic design, image and video editing applications e.g. Photoshop, InDesign and HTML helpful but not required.

  • Expertise in video production and edition.

  • Business fluency in English with strong writing skills.
