SCM Team Lead

Mission Statement:
Lead a functional work team focused on the complete, accurate, and timely completion of SCM transactions. Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and procedures.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conducting all Supply Chain activities for all goods and services in accordance with policies and procedures.

• Ensures Pro-Supply global supplier relationship management platform is kept updated as defined in Pro-Supply procedure.

• Overseeing analysis of SCM transactions and highlights discrepancies/anomalies for correction.

• Identifies, recommends and assists in implementation of best practices to gain efficiency and drive productivity gains.

• Leads Internal Control over transactions along with the SCM Delivery Manager. Provide regular coaching and training to the team.

Your Background:

• A Bachelor degree in Engineering or related discipline.

• More than 8 years of experience in SCM and leadership role.

• Prior experience of working in SCM operations (PR-to- PO, tactical sourcing & procurement).

• Should have hands-on experience of SAP SCM Module.

• Must have experience of team handling. Advanced MS Office (Excel & ppt.) knowledge would be preferred.

• Exposure to data mining tools, would be an added advantage.

• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
