Service Project Manager - Battery Energy Storage System

For our BU Grid Automation in Genova or Milan we are looking for a Service Project Manager for Battery Energy Storage System. This person will report to the Service Manager.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manages warranty and SLA/LTSA from PAC/FAC to the End. 

• Be responsible of financial results of the project and manage project risks. 

• Leading Handover together with Lead Engineering assuring the complete handover package transferal. 

• Coordinate cross-functional resources (Service Engineers, R&D, Engineering) 

• Coordinate suppliers for supporting activities (finding resolution path, deliver components) 

• Act as main contact point for customer. 

• Be responsible for Leason Learned sharing with the organization. 

• Collaborate with the service engineering team to finalize and manage spare parts stock and time schedules for the planned maintenances. 

• Ensure the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies

Your Background:

• Preferred at least 5 years of work experience in equipment installation, coordinating activities with customers, suppliers and assigned team especially in Service;  

• Knowledge of Office365 (Excel, SAP, Microsoft Project);  

• Good knowledge English language. 

• Flexibility, proactivity, result-oriented and problem solving.
