Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the maintenance and management of factory production equipment and public system equipment.
  • You will prepare and track preventive maintenance plans, equipment improvement plans, and spare parts procurement plans.
  • You will guide and assist equipment maintenance workers, actively participate in equipment maintenance, implement TPM, and ensure the continuity of production.
  • For sudden emergency failures of equipment, you will respond quickly to ensure the smooth operation of production equipment.
  • You will participate in the optimization and improvement projects of production equipment and related HSE improvement projects.
  • You will be involved Key performance indicators related to management control, such as equipment uptime, equipment downtime, etc and carry out continuous improvement in equipment safety, efficiency and maintenance costs.
  • You will have strong learning ability and be able to meet the increasing demands of equipment maintenance and equipment management.

Your background:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in electrical or automation related majors.
  • More than 2 years of relevant work experience in equipment maintenance.
  • Good problem analysis and solving skills.
  • Good computer application skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills and team spirit.
  • Able to read equipment-related English information.
