Warehouse Specialist-Reiwa project

Your responsibilities

  • You will maintain material master data: GR date, storage location bin and issue location and bin (PAS bin), and FIFO management.
  • You will maintain an exception list of materials picking such as large dimensions, painting, and bonded material management.
  • You are responsible for drawing our picking list according to planning and production orders.
  • You will maintain shortage tracing and replenishment, replenish materials for design, non-conformance, and feedback shortage after materials are picked up to planning.
  • You will be responsible for call-in materials as planning such as painting materials, bus duct tube, bus duct conductor, steel Construction, cable, cable tray, transportation cover, etc.
  • You will distribute materials to the line in JIT as defined by distributed strategy, issue bin.
  • You will perform SAP exception management: error record from automatic goods movement (COGI)
  • Inventory difference analysis and 5S management daily

  • Strong organization and communication skills can perform well under high pressure.
  • Strong leadership skills and a sense of ownership are required.
  • Good analytical skills with a strong attention to detail are required.
  • Problem-solving and initiative to proactively identify and provide solutions.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
