Mission statement:
Responsible for successful execution/delivery of assigned service projects on time, within budget, as per contract agreement, with on quality & safety framework, contribute to profitable and sustainable service business growth. Also responsible for customer satisfaction by on time resolution of customer issues.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will manage service and spare parts projects and warranties after project completion, responsible of financial results of the projects, lead project hand-over, execution planning, monitor, control and project closure activities to accomplish all project goals

  • You will effectively monitor and control projects progress and ensure that project risks and opportunities are identified and managed for successful ON TIME and ON COST completion of projects with customer satisfaction.

  • You will ensure that contract change and claim management in accordance with project contractual agreements are followed in all projects and review and approve deviations in project.

  • You will coordinate cross-functional resources (Sales, Supply Chain Management, Service Engineers, Engineering, Finance), build, maintain strong relationships with internal, external stakeholders and effectively communicate with all stakeholders

  • You will participate in the risk review meeting along with sales team during the tendering stage, evaluate, identify the risk in project proactively, implement the mitigation actions and coordinate with Factory and customer.

  • You will coordinate with vendor/subcontractors for supporting activities, first escalation point for customers and internal stake holders for project execution related issues.

  • You will review the project closure reports and ensure the implementation of “lessons learnt” in future projects, ensure project reporting to customers and management, review and monitor timely resolution of customer complaints during after sales support and ensure the project follow and comply with company health, safety, and environmental policies.

Your background:

  • You hold bachelor’s degree in engineering.

  • Preferred at least 5+ years of Project Management experience in high voltage equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, coordinating activities with customers, suppliers and assigned team especially in Services

  • Basic skills for Single Line Diagram (SLD) review, layouts & schematic understanding for Substation

  • Strong and demonstrated experience in management of scope, cost, schedule, cash flow and vendors/subcontractors.

  • Good knowledge of Office365 (Excel, Word, Microsoft Project) and SAP.

  • Good commercial knowledge i.e. contracts terms, warranty period etc.

  • Flexible , proactive, able to multi-tasking, result-oriented and high problem- solving skills

  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
