We are looking for a ERP Solution Architects Stream Lead P2D that will be responsible to coordinate the area of responsibility.
Following the Service Optimization guidance will manage the team, coach team members and drive the team to achieve the targets.
Responsible for coordinating 3rd Level expertise for Incident/ Problem management, Application Change Management, Enhancements referring to the specific SAP stream.
This role is exclusively focused to provide application support to the country businesses who are onboarded onto the SAP S/4 Hana landscape.
Your responsibilities:
Coordinate the team for ERP solution architects for the stream
Oversee the assignment of tickets (incidents and change request) to architects within their stream.
Attend meetings to stay up-to-date with the latest content and touchpoints from program
Manage cross-stream dependencies.
Align with program clusters.
Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) in Run for his stream
Investigate shortfalls, issues and complaints in current Run processes.
Remain up-to-date with developments in management and process optimisation
Monitor supplier performance and organizational processes.
Monitor team performance.
Responsible for solutioning, design, testing and support activities for related SAP modules on SAP S/4 Hana
Your background:
• Bachelor’s Degree in any related discipline
• Minimum of 10+ years of overall hands-on experience in implementation/ configuration of SAP
• Ability to understand interfaces with external applications.
• Experience of SAP S4/HANA
• Experience in managing/coordinating multinational teams
