The Quality team is dedicated to implementing a culture and practice of excellence throughout the entire value chain of the organization, to increase customer satisfaction and improve profitability in a sustainable way. We are now looking for a manager to lead the Quality development and governance at HVDC. You are welcomed into a global team where you have a great opportunity to develop your own role in the company. Your responsibilities

  • Line manager for a global team of quality specialists as well as global responsibility for the Quality Processes
  • Responsible for HVDC integrated management system, internal audits, non-conformance management and quality data analytics
  • Part of the Quality Management Team
  • Working with Continuous Improvements together with your team using L6S methods
  • Driving implementation and compliance to quality processes within the organization together with the quality specialists, all managers and organization
  • Driving a process driven organization

Your background

  • We highly value your personality and see that you have a positive and pro-active mindset and likes to work in teams
  • You are leader who likes working with developing, motivating, and coaching your team
  • You are a good communicator as well as structured and analytical
  • To succeed in the role we see that you have earlier management experience, preferably from a similar area
  • You hold a bachelor or master’s in Engineering. Knowledge of Quality management, Process management, Lean, SixSigma and Continuous Improvements is considered a plus
  • Knowledge of ISO standards 9001, 14001, 45001
  • Green/Black Belt in Six Sigma/Lean Six Sigma is a plus
