About the Role:

The Factory Administrative Assistant position will provide clerical support to managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities. The Administrative Assistant plays a key role to the organization and is expected to build and maintain strong working relationships with supervisors and employees.

 Responsibilities:

·        Reconcile company card accounts and submit purchase orders

·        Order office stationery/supplies, maintain internal databases, submitting expense reports, and maintaining employee records

·        Works with leadership staff to coordinate trainings and events

·        Work with Focus Factory Managers to ensure administrative tasks are completed

·        Main point of contact for visiting contractors/vendors and will coordinate all meetings

·        Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for upper-level management

·        Submit detailed and timely reports

·        Prepares presentations as assigned by leadership

·        Must be able to maintain the highest standards of accuracy, precision, and confidentiality

Skills/Abilities:

·        Strong communication and organizational skills

·        Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel

Education:

·        Associate’s degree in accounting, business administration, human resources, or related field with 5 years of experience or bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, human resources with 2 years of experience
