General Information:

Continuous Improvement Specialist focuses on improvements and cost savings to improve the organization's profitability and efficiency across the value stream.

Your responsibilities:

Develop strategies and initiatives for process improvements across the value stream
Implement and manage CI (Continuous Improvement) initiatives utilizing Lean and Six Sigma Methodologies
Develop pipeline of future improvement projects
Mentor and coach CI project leaders though certification process
Work across the organization to ensure KPI’s and performance metrics are captured correctly and appropriately reported
Leverage best practices from across the organization to help drive value and consistency
Act as a change agent in the organization, challenge the status quo

Your Background:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering / operational excellence or relevant experience
Five (5+) or more years of relevant experience preffered iin application of Lean tools
Lean Black Belt certification preferred.
Experience in facilitating Kaizen events required
Experienced in effectively leading improvement initiatives, utilizing Lean and/or Six Sigma
Demonstrated ability to conduct root cause analysis / implementation of corrective and preventative actions.
Experience in facilitating Kazen events
Ability to effectively communicate results and partner across the organization to establish relationships to drive initiatives and generate value.
