Internship – IT Financial Controlling

How you’ll make an impact

• Preparation of financial analysis and reports for IT departments (actuals vs budget, forecast vs actuals), incl. data reconciliation and gap analysis.

• Management of purchase order process, surety of invoice posting and on-time payment

• Support with preparation of monthly management reporting

• Support with IT charging processes

• Communication with local units and functional representatives, close collaboration with procurement and accounts payable team

• Learning to use IT tools such as Power BI and SAP

Your background

• You are a university student (preferable at least 3rd year, Finance, Controlling or Economics)

• You are an open and communicative person

• You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• You know English on at least C1 level

• You are detail-oriented, well-structured, and responsible, with strong analytical skills

• Problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset and proactive personality
