We are looking for a Tender Specialist that will be based in Romania. The selected candidate will create, and complete bids/estimations/quotations based on customer specification or customer requirements/budget in order to achieve both market competitiveness and high margin for the Company.
Formulating bids that fully address customer needs and offering the most efficient and cost-effective solutions, in line with Hitachi Energy policy
Ensuring the timely and accurate formulation of tender documents through coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Managing all aspects of the bid — including technical, financial, product management and risk reviews, in line with Hitachi Energy standards.
Technical support to sales and sales specialist during technical evaluation meetings with customers
Identifying and mitigating potential risks in bids, quotations, estimations and any other related contract agreement across customers/channels. Leading the Risk Review process in accordance with Hitachi Energy policy.
Contributing to an effective, positive customer relationship throughout the Sales process
Analyzing and reporting on tender outcomes and identifying areas for improvement to increase success.

The ideal profile has minimum 2-3 years’ experience in same or similar roles;
Technical background (Electrical/Power Engineering Degree preferred);
Previous experience in creating quotations for projects related to our sector is considered a plus; (high voltage products and/or transformers)
Ability to interact with different level of stakeholders internally:
Experience of handling numerous activities simultaneously.
Fluency in both spoken & written Romanian & English is required;
