Project Technical Engineering Experienced Professional

Your responsibilities:

• You will be doing front Engineering and Technical engineering for ongoing VSC-HVDC project in Japan.

• You will be doing front Engineering and Technical support for Classic type HVDC systems previously delivered by Hitachi ltd.

• You will involve in technical support projects in resolving the issues related to Control and Protection, main circuit apparatus, system engineering and auxiliary system.

• You will manage the communication with the customer, sub-suppliers, sub-contractors and partners on technical matters

• You will plan, execute and control the interface with the procurement processes and coordinate with different stakeholders across the business units to ensure smooth completion of the project deliverables.

Your background:

• You hold university degree in Engineering, or a degree deemed to be equivalent.

• Must have basic knowledge on IEEE / IEC standards. Japanese standard (JEC, JIS etc.) knowledge is preferable.

• Good exposure in substation application, Site experience and experience from HVDC System is preferrable.

• Create document used with MS Word, Excel, Power point.

• Sales and Tendering experience are highly desirable. 

• Self-starter caliber who could own tasks through to completion.

• Fluency in English – both written and spoken.
