Your responsibilities

• Develop next generation semiconductor process technology as applicable to bipolar device manufacturing
• Maintain and improve existing process capabilities
• Increase group profitability by improving product yield, product quality, process availability and reducing cycle time and rework
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and work instructions, create reports to aid in management and financial decision making
• Improve technical capability through training and research; work with external and internal suppliers to find better solutions to process engineering problems
• Work efficiently in multidisciplinary teams and manage process engineering projects on process improvements and new process developments and methods
• Create/maintain a safe and friendly work environment by following rules relating to personnel, product and environmental safety

Your background

• Master/Ph.D. degree in science / engineering
• Experience in statistical data analysis and design of experiments
• Proven experience in silicon processing and semiconductor process engineering in cleanroom environment
• Proven problem-solving capability, an analytical mind with a drive to succeed and to accept setbacks along the way
• Mature and proficient communication skills; Fluency in English, both written and spoken; Knowledge of German is a plus
• Position is open from entry level to senior level (> 5 years’ experience)
