Your responsibilities
- Develop next generation semiconductor process technology as applicable to bipolar device manufacturing
- Maintain and improve existing process capabilities
- Increase group profitability by improving product yield, product quality, process availability and reducing cycle time and rework
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and work instructions, create reports to aid in management and financial decision making
- Improve technical capability through training and research; work with external and internal suppliers to find better solutions to process engineering problems
- Work efficiently in multidisciplinary teams and manage process engineering projects on process improvements and new process developments and methods
- Create/maintain a safe and friendly work environment by following rules relating to personnel, product and environmental safety
Your background
- Master/Ph.D. degree in science / engineering
- Experience in statistical data analysis and design of experiments
- Proven experience in silicon processing and semiconductor process engineering in cleanroom environment
- Proven problem-solving capability, an analytical mind with a drive to succeed and to accept setbacks along the way
- Mature and proficient communication skills; Fluency in English, both written and spoken; Knowledge of German is a plus
- Position is open from entry level to senior level (> 5 years’ experience)
