We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Support Specialist with experience in advanced SCADA/GMS/EMS/DMS/OMS Solutions, for our Grid Automation Business Unit. The right candidate will be responsible for strategy and design of the technical solutions in the sales opportunities.
Your responsibilities
- Responsible for qualifying new opportunities by using analytic and diagnostic skills to match user requirements to Hitachi Energy Network Control Solutions
- Perform presentations and demonstrations of the solutions
- Responsible for the strategy and design of the technical solution in our offer
- Participate in the bid preparations
- Take responsibility for the development of demo scenarios for customer demos, workshops and proof of concepts
Your background
- Bachelor or Master´s degree in engineering, preferable in Power Technologies
- At least 5 years of experience with an electric utility and/or with a provider of advanced applications for power systems software
- In-depth understanding of the use of advanced applications within the electric utilities, preferably in the field of SCADA/GMS/EMS/DMS/OMS
- Broad IT/OT knowledge with experience in 3rd party system integration and IT security
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Fluency in English, additional languages such as French an advantage
- Flexibility for travel required
