Ensure highest Quality delivered for overall programs and operations across Domains in adherence to QA best practices
Your responsibilities
- Regulating and coordinating testing processes and standards across multiple and simultaneous projects and departments, for various browsers, countries and mobile devices
- Enhancing test quality and effectiveness by working with the Development and Program Management to prevent problems and ensure that products can be tested effectively.
- Managing the test preparation phases of test effort, resource calculation, test data, test cases, test execution plans, and defect report life cycle flows
- Takes Accountability for all phases of testing and the management of the testing activities within a development and complex project
- Define and regulates KPIs for Quality
- Recommend the selection of and be responsible for the performance management of staff members
- Select project testing standards for all phases, influencing all parties, i.e. project managers, to conform to those standards and manage the Customer- Vendor relationship with respect to all testing matters
- Built cohesive test team who shared best practices, test responsibilities, and supported reuse of test cases. Increased test coverage and efficiency
- Plan and Implement Automation for Regression scripts
- Plan and Implement Performance testing
- Communication with Different Management hierarchies for Platform/Domain level projects on Quality status
- Coordinate UAT phase activities with Program Manager & Business [customer] as per the expectations
- Coordinates with different stakeholders and involve for Platform Release functional activities
- Establish continuous process improvements as per the learning and helps Test Team to understand and ensure better quality
- Must have 8+ years of experience with relevant lead experience of minimum 3 years
- Strong in communication skills and Partner management
