This internship is an opportunity to write your thesis in collaboration with our company. You will have the chance to deepen your knowledge regarding the coordination and functioning of protections in HVDC transmission systems.
Your responsibilities
- Support in the preparation of tender documentation for ongoing HVDC projects;
- Study of the technical documentation of ongoing HVDC projects in Italy;
- Study of the MACH system - Modular Advanced Control for HVDC;
- Study of typical protection schemes in point-to-point HVDC transmission systems;
- Study of protection schemes in tri-terminals HVDC transmission systems;
- Study of protection schemes in multi-terminal HVDC transmission system;
- Live core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business..
Your background
- Graduating student in Engineering or Economics;
- Good knowledge of Basic MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power-Point);
- Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English (B1/B2);
- Proactivity, good attention to detail and strong communication skills are required.
