Hitachi Energy is seeking for a NAM - IT Service Manager for HR Domain for it's Raleigh, NC location. This role is responsible to own the NAM HR ecosystem and architecture as gate keeper with the holistic view of the entire HR landscape. Drive Hitachi Energy simplification journey on overall IT landscape while continuing the commitment to our business needs. Working with our global architecture and domain teams
Your responsibilities
- Own the technical E2E process of HR Domain integrations and accountable for the end-to-end success of our HR IT environment. This includes working with our internal Business stakeholders, our operational support teams and other application managers to ensure that the HRIT environment is robust, errors are managed, and new demands are delivered. You’ll help build and oversee the maintenance of an assigned application portfolio and have end-to-end responsibility for the integration, quality, and controls for assigned systems.
- Pull various teams together to resolve incident / change request / projects.
- Take on the project management role.
- Setup governance in Local NAM region on all HR domain applications. Working with our Global and Local Application Managers you’ll ensure that the interests of the NAM HR team are met.
- Identify RACI with all IT and business stakeholder for every local NAM HR domain applications.
- Establish governance with all stakeholders including suppliers.
- Create and maintain Application and Service Landscape diagrams including integration details including the many 3rd party service providers.

Your background
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, HR management, business administration, or relevant program. Minimum of 10 years of experience as an HRIS analyst in a related industry.
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
