Real Estate Specialist (Kỹ sư Quản lý cơ sở vật chất)

The opportunity

To ensure full compliance with fire safety regulations across all company sites in Vietnam, while supporting facility-related operations such as contractor supervision.

How you’ll make an impact:

• You will lead and manage fire prevention and firefighting activities across the entire Vietnam.

• You will conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with local fire safety laws and standards.

• You will support facility-related tasks including contractor supervision, maintenance, renovation, and relocation projects.

• You will collaborate closely with the HSE team and other departments to uphold high safety standards.

• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Real Estate Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management, safety operations.

• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese fire safety and HSE regulations.

• English Language Advanced

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
