We are hiring for "Production Planner"

Responsibilities:

Working with high standards of Safety & Integrity. Creating and maintaining detailed production schedule. Daily, Weekly and Monthly. Ensuring that production scheduling and production plan meets the volume requirements agreed as per Master Production Plan and Demand Plan. Releasing manufacturing work orders and execute plant-level Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) to create and manage production requirements to meet the production delivery schedules. Establishing sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipment dates as per the master schedule/plan obtained from the Production Planners. Monitoring schedule adherence and identifying key root causes for deviation and take follow-up improvement action Feeding information on production capacity issues and material availability as per demand plan. Identifying deficiencies in production area, propose improvement activities, and oversees implementation of actions to improve production performance. Regular Review of Inventory Parameters Analyze of Inventory Reports to identify slow moving, Overstocked items, and Obsolete Inventory. Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to work well under pressure. Monitoring and prepare KPI report for the Tiered accountability board (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity). Ensuring 100% material availability in assembly line prior to Assembly Initiation in advance. Flexible to work on holidays in case of urgency.

Your background:

A B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. Minimum 5 to Maximum 8 year of Experience. Material planning, SAP Knowledge, Microsoft Office, Planning experience, Procurement and Supply chain. Experience in Manufacturing Industry Experience in Lean Sis Sigma will be an added advantage Good communication skills, planning and scheduling. Quick leaner with interest in and ability to master new technologies.
