You'll be supported by our technical IT support team as well as a wider team of Business Advisory Consultants, sales and pre-sales teams.

The Role

• You will develop the relationship with the customer, set expectations and have oversight over an assigned team to execute the project and take ownership for the initial up and bedding in of the software solution
• Focus on topics such as risk analysis, credit analysis, emissions, forecasting what the market trends are presenting and operate as a trusted, credible expert.
• Ensuring that Hitachi Energy achieves (or improves on) the planned financial return from the project i.e. return on investment
• Ensuring Hitachi Energy fulfils all contractual obligations to the client in a professional, cost effective and timely manner
• Develop robust checks and measures to ensure our service meets jointly agreed expectations and enhance Hitachi Energy’s reputation to help retain and grow customers
• Collaborate with the sales and pre-sales teams for Hitachi Energy solutions through production of proposals, research, data analysis, presentations, and market knowledge
• Communicate internally and externally with all relevant parties throughout the duration of the project(s)
• Analysis of data, creating and sharing accurate project plans with regular updates to internal and external parties

Your background:

• 5 years + EPRM project management experience to enable you to work with our customers from a point of knowledge and expertise.
• Whilst a university degree is beneficial (either bachelor’s or Masters/PHD) - it is not essential providing you have relevant experience
• Articulate and fluent communicator to elaborate through case study examples to ensure the customer is fully engaged and onboard throughout the process
• Flexible to travel (UK wide) to visit customer sites as appropriate
• Familiar with the tools of energy, trading and project management and adopts a systematic, proactive approach to driving the plan forwards.
• Thrives on taking on new challenges due to the nature and complexity of our offering.
• Motivates and inspires others and gains stakeholder commitment to stay on track and achieve the end goal.
• Effective communication skills and fluent in both spoken and written English – beneficial if you are fluent in other language (s)
