  • Develop and implement measures to improve operations and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure effectiveness and conformance of quality management system including harmonization/integration of management systems (environmental and health & safety)

  • Manage and coordinate internal and external audits and facilitate resolution of nonconformances.

  • Ensure control of quality system documentation and quality records.

  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for leading causes of warranty.

  • Conduct supplier audits and inspections for system and product conformance to quality requirements.

  • Facilitate overall customer complaint process, including responsibility for overall customer experience by analyzing and reporting complaints and driving resolution process and verification of effectiveness.

  • Maintain, update and report as required quality-related KPIs as well as other requested information, including reporting, analysis and improvement of the cost of poor quality (COPQ).

  • Leverage the audit program, benchmarking and best practices spreading within the business to embed a culture of excellence in operational performance.

  • Participate in training and coaching of local teams in the standard quality improvement approach and quality management standard requirements.

  • Work in synergy with corporate Quality function (HUB) to ensure alignment with HUB quality strategy and knowledge sharing throughout the quality community.
