Ihre Aufgaben:
- Sie stellen Spulen anhand technischer Unterlagen und Vorgaben her
- Hierfür richten Sie die Wickelmaschine ein und kontrollieren die Einstellungen sowie die benötigten Materialien
- Sie bedienen die Wickelmaschine und kontrollieren hierbei ständig die vorgegebenen Parameter
- Sie löten Drähte und Anschlussfahnen an und isolieren diese
- Sie transportieren die Spulen, Arbeitsmaterialien, Isolierteile und Komponenten teilweise mittels Kran oder Stapler
- Sie führen kontinuierliche Qualitätskontrollen durch, u.a. anhand von Kontrollkarten
Ihr Hintergrund:
- Handwerkliche Kenntnisse und Geschick
- Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Sondermaschinenbau
- Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeiten mit technischen Unterlagen
- Eine Ausbildung zum Bedienen von Kränen und Staplern ist von Vorteil
- Gute Teamfähigkeit, präzises Arbeiten sowie hohes Arbeitssicherheits- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schichtdienst
