Your Responsibilities:
Executive Secretarial Support work is focused on supporting an individual executive or small number of executives in their day-to-day office activities include.
Obtain and organize information for use in conferences, speeches, and reports as requested by the executive. Edit, proof, format, document design/production, form filling, and data entry.
Schedule/coordinate meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements. Receive/relay telephone messages from internal and external sources, manage the time/interaction executives have with internal and external sources Typically this role is required to handle confidential business and personnel information.
Typically, in contact with internal and external executives, Bilingual (English & Thai), may do some research and basic authoring/drafting of documents/correspondence a Specialist Para-Professional(S4) requires advanced knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education.
Ready to learn new things for Project Management and sometimes need to travel, Technical Project Management require specific technical knowledge to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures and timing for a technical process or project include developing detailed work plans, schedule, project estimate, resource plans, and status reports, conduct risk assessments analysis and monitor the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables. Analyze and document requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization.

Your Background:
Candidate should be Degree in Electrical Engineering.
1 to 4 years of Experience.
Technical Project Management Entry Professional and Executive Secretarial Support Specialist Para-Professional.
SAP Knowledge is preferrable.
