Customer Service Engineer

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be able to do perfect customer communication.
  • To prepare repair plan and repair process.
  • You will be working as technical support for on-site service, Fault statistics, fault analysis report.  
  • You will provide technical training to service people and customers.
  • You will provide on-site service to customers when necessary.
  • Departmental process documents management.

Your background:

  • Full-time bachelor's degree or above electrical major is preferred.
  • Relevant working experience in railway industry or transformer industry is preferred. fresh-out student is also welcomed.
  • Can use AutoCAD software, with a certain ability to read drawings.
  • Passed CET-4,Good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
  • Passed the computer Level 2 examination.
  • Good communication and team player and willing to learn and improve.
  • Comply with national regulations of employment age, no gender restrictions.
