We are looking for a Trade, Transport and Logistics Specialist. You will be part of the Planning and Order Fulfillment team of Hitachi Energy Core Manufacturing Center in Dilovası in Turkey. Reporting to the Planning and Order Fulfillment Manager, you will provide support to the wider business by ensuring that all trade and logistics activities align with corporate policies and procedures.

Your Responsibilities:

• Planning and monitoring shipments.

• Communicating shipment plan with Sales and Marketing.

• Providing effective coordination with customs agencies.

• Providing effective coordination with 3rd party logistics companies.

• Fulfilling customer requirements related to the logistics of goods.

• Issuing export documents, shipping papers, and customer documents.

• Monitoring and updating the changes in customs legislation and applications.

• Performing market search for best freight rates and services.

• Preparing related periodic internal /external reports.

• Performing standard and ad hoc detailed analyses for logistics metrics.

Your Background:

• University graduate (External Trade, Logistics or related field).

• Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal.

• Experience in ERP systems, preferably in SAP (SAP S/4HANA TM module knowledge is an asset). 

• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.

• More than 2 years of experience in related fields.

• Knowledge in export/import regulations.

• Very strong communication and analytical skills.

• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach. 

• Military service completed for male candidates.
