Hitachi Energy is currently looking for an ITI trainees  for the High Voltage Business to join their team in Vadodara, India. This team seeks a skilled and motivated individual.

Mission Statement
  • As a ITI trainee you will play a role in achieving daily production output in factories by ensuring HSE compliances, adhering to Quality norms, participate in continuous improvement activities to achieve the business KPI.
  • As an ITI Fitter, you will contribute to daily production targets in factories by ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, adhering to quality norms, perform the assembly work by following the standard operating procedures, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives to achieve business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Your Responsibilities

  • Follow work instructions and drawing instructions for production.
  • Use the right tools and techniques to complete tasks, Ensure the highest level of safety while working.
  • Deliver the right level of quality in production, Ensure readiness of material on time for production.
  • Highlight any critical issues to the production supervisor for timely action.
    Familiarity with operating a computer.
  • Work closely with the supervisor to implement standard production processes.
  • Modify or develop new processes/methods for repeatable, reliable, and cost-effective manufacturing.
  • Achieve daily production targets as per cycle time and allocated workload.
  • Support the introduction of new products on manufacturing lines.
  • Maintain Hitachi's safety and quality standards during assembly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Maintain a record of calibration of instruments and provide timely instruments for calibration.

Your Background

  • Fresher, 10th Pass and ITI NCVT with first class (above 60%).
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required .
