Internship – IT Innovation for Manufacturing & Quality

The opportunity

IT Innovation for Manufacturing & Quality is a part of the IT Innovation & Technology team working on innovative initiatives related to factories daily work. Developing fast, robust prototypes and designing scaling-up system for quality improvements and manufacturing digitalization and automatization.

How you’ll make an impact

• Development of prototypes and minimum viable products to see how particular factory issues can be solved with digital technologies

• Share good practices and modern approach to quality checks and manufacturing system automatization and digitalization

• Initiating contact with internal partners from factories and offering consultation on solving pain points

• Cooperation with corporate IT in terms of alignment with global recommendations and application roadmap

Your background

• You are a university student graduating in Summer 2025 or later, preferred majors: IT, Automation, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering or Production Management and Engineering

• You have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft tool and apps – especially SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive.

• You can communicate effectively in Polish and English.

• Willing to learn knew things and develop your skills. Open to work with many smaller topics.

• You are creative and proactive with good communication skills.

• You are a team player committed to your tasks and dedicated to maintaining the team’s reputation.
