Field Service Engineer

The Opportunity:

Execute medium-to-high complex service work according to work instructions and in accordance with Hitachi Energy License to Operate: Safety, Quality, and Integrity guidelines

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Installation, commissioning, maintenance, upgrades, and retrofits, repair independently, identifies technical problems and analyses them through remote or on-site activity in different Service categories (installation and commissioning, maintenance, extensions, replacements, upgrades and retrofits, end-of-life service, etc.).

• Ensures customer satisfaction by executing Service work according to customer orders and expectations. Creates and maintains a good relationship with customers and understands their needs. Identifies new sales opportunities and takes influence in convincing the client about the complete service portfolio.

• Coordinates, prepares, and ensures that all materials, accessories, parts, spare parts, and equipment are available and of the appropriate quality for Service activities. Prepares standard lists for ease of work in each service order.

• Prepare all administrative and technical documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative. Reports are worked on in a timely manner, and follow-up is provided when needed.

• Proactively identifies potential equipment failures and takes proactive corrective actions. Troubleshoots complex equipment failures and makes recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future. 

Requirements:

• Professional graduated as an Engineer with a CIP card, or Electrical or Mechanical engineer

• (5-7)+ Years professional experience as Power Products and Power Systems Installation & Commissioning up to 220kV and 500 kV preferably

• Advanced English.

• Preferably knowledgeable about the operation of multi-brand high-voltage substation yard equipment.

• The main workplace is the LURIN workshop with working hours from 7:00 am to 4:15 pm.
