Guarantee electrical testing capabilities for SiC power semiconductors Execute procurement projects of fully automated testing equipment Ensure smooth communication between new test equipment and the IT-landscape Monitor testing results via statistical process control (SPC) Set up and improve test sequences in close collaboration with R&D, Product Engineering and Product Management Investigate technical issues in production and establish corrective actions using statistical tools and involving various stakeholder Support yield improvement projects and root cause analysis by delivering test data Documentation and presentation of the results
Solid degree (MSc/PhD) in electrical engineering or related field Good understanding of high-volume production/testing processes Knowledge of statistical analysis tools Fluency in English, German as a plus Quick learning ability and shown hands-on mentality Good communicator with a highly collaborative approach to work
