Dry Product Marketing Manager Marine, Nuclear and Industry (f/m/d)

As Dry Product Marketing Manager Marine, Nuclear and Industry (f/m/d), you are essential part of the transformer business, responsible for the dry transformer offering in Hub EUC. In this position, you closely cooperate with different parts of an international matrix organization. While reporting directly to the EUC Product Marketing Manager Dry Type Transformers, you will also collaborate with the Global Product Group for marine business. For industrial applications, you will work in cooperation with the global Business Unit Transformers.

Your responsibilities

  • You will be the driver of positioning our DRY portfolio to customers in Marine, Nuclear and Industry segments and be active negotiating projects with customers in same segments
  • You are responsible for achieving the yearly Hub orders received targets, together with the Demand Side Team
  • You create strategy and growth plans for the respective countries and markets in accordance with the global product marketing strategy
  • You analyze markets with your Product Marketing team and define appropriate forecasts and plans
  • You define product marketing targets and budgets with your team members and ensure their achievement through regular oversight and improvement actions when needed. You evaluate and share customer research, market conditions and competitor data
  • You drive sales efficiency by ensuring appropriate product knowledge (technical and sales) for each Product Marketing person. You ensure know-how sharing, cross-collaboration and a common way of working
  • You are a team leader who is able to motivate and guide his team members and drives professional development

Your background

  • Engineering degree, preferably with MBA
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing & sales – B2B, Energy sector preferably
  • Leadership experience
  • Product Marketing skills & knowledge of product line
  • Knowledge of market/customer’s needs
  • Highly proactive, strong leadership, outstanding networking skills and superior communication & negotiation skills
  • International experience and intercultural sensitivity
  • Fluent in English
  • Structured and analytical thinking
