We are looking for a responsible Quality Manager (f/m/d) for internal quality processes at our Brilon location. As a skilled communicator, you systematically and sustainably address quality issues and ensure the reduction of quality costs through targeted measures. Are you interested? Your responsibilities
- You oversee the areas of quality assurance, service, and test field
- You coordinate, control, and evaluate all measures and methods of quality assurance at the Brilon plant
- You are responsible for compliance with all regulations regarding error handling
- You monitor quality costs at the Brilon plant, derive targeted measures to reduce them, and pursue them independently
- In special cases, you support project management in resolving and communicating with the customer
- You drive the quality and OpEx strategy of the Product Group to continuously improve and develop resulting savings potentials
- You support procurement in system and process audits
- As a member of the Brilon management team, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and controlling strategic initiatives at the location, in addition to representing the quality area
- You are responsible for service activities and serve as a contact person for customers
- Last but not least, you are responsible for leading and developing the employees assigned to you
Your background
- Successfully completed bachelor's degree in engineering with a specialization in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar
- Sound knowledge in the areas of quality assurance and operational excellence
- Knowledge of standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001, ISO/TS 22163 (IRIS)
- Several years of leadership experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Proactive and structured approach
