Junior Engineer

Mission statement:

Engineering authority for projects with low to medium complexity. Complete assignments on small, medium and large projects cost-effectively and in accordance with contract specifications and quality standards.

Coordinate with customers, Tendering & Project Team, Operating Unit, Project Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Engineering Manager, Engineering Leads, Secondary and civil / steel design functions, consultants, end customers etc. and provide required support to lead the Project / Tender.

Your responsibilities

• You will provide technical support by identifying technical problems and determining corrective actions in own area of expertise via remote or on-site service.

• You will interaction with sales departments and project management during both, the bid phase, and the project realization phase.

• You will collaborate with supply chain function to ensure technical requirements for equipment & services and provide technical evaluation of supplier’s offers and provide manufacturing clearance.

• You will participation in technical liaison meetings with customers, suppliers, and HE internal manufacturing units and technical management, planning and controlling of own engineering work package.

• You will coordinate with other engineers for systems integration, design, review / perform load flow simulations, prepare reports and knowledge of primary equipment, such as circuit breakers, disconnectors, earthing switches, instrument transformers, power transformers, etc.

• You will involve in technical risk, opportunity assessment and validation and share innovative ideas to reduce Engineering efforts.

Your background:

• You hold bachelor’s in engineering.

• 2 to 3 years of working experiences in related industry.

• Dynamic and proactive, willing to grow in the organization.

• Team player, ready to play the role across the different countries.

• Good to have high level of ownership.

• Very good communication & networking skills

• Proficiency in English (oral and written).
