Key focus of our approach

For the larger scale business, we can provide a Centralized Management possibility which provides you the possibility to easily check that all sites have a backup. With the automated reporting functions, backup and restore reports are automatically available, informing you that all has been done accordingly. This implies IT administration, time and efforts are reduced as no further checks are required. If something is not working as it should IT staff are alerted immediately.

The size and operation of each business needs to be considered before implementing the right backup and recovery concept. Our concepts are scalable for your business from small to very large and ensure data security by having your data stored in more than one place. The agile concepts we’ve devised are simple, but effective, and double your security levels.

Regular backups are required on an operational basis before and after device configuration changes, revisions and new patch deployment in order to restore systems to the state they were before a cyber-attack, malware intrusion or an environmental hazard. Being prepared ensures you mitigate the risks.

Continuously backing up critical systems to off-site locations, verifying all backups & verifying the ability to restore the systems from off-site locations is initially a cost for all organizations. It requires manpower and time, it is continuous and repetitive, but it’s a NERC CIP and IEC requirement which must be done. It will reduce your future costs.

The Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), is a specification for the encryption of electronic data established by the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) in 2001. AES has been adopted by the U.S. government and is now used worldwide. AES-256 is a key generation method used to securely encrypt your data and prevent unwanted access to your files. When referring to AES-256bit encryption, we are actually referring to the key that is generated when encrypting your data. The data itself is secured by the software by creating a ‘key’ that uses 256bit encryption to unlock that data; 256 bit encryption so far has proven to be unbreakable. AE256 has gone through a significant amount of testing and is the proven industry standard.
