Controlling and Planning Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for performing of process activities in the process section (Division, Function, Country)
  • Executes assigned tasks on time to ensure efficient service delivery; addresses open issues independently and supports resolution; identifies areas for improvement and recommends improvement solutions in the activity areas
  • Ensures application of process standards and procedures
  • Collaborates with the process specialist and other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned activities
  • Recommends changes of process standards and procedures to improve the timely performance of process activities
  • Contributes to ensure service delivery of the team is within the agreed SLAs and KPIs
  • Coordination & follow up with various internal and external stakeholders Supports Process Specialist in any additional activities as required
  • Knowledge in Accounting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting or Business administration
  • Minumun 5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Controlling Experience of working in service delivery model environment
  • Robust process understanding from the content and technical (IT) perspective
  • Good understanding of business set-up and interconnections
  • Ability to interact with Process stakeholders at various levels
  • Good communication and skills
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills as well as proven ability to prioritize tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives, focus on details and good analytical skills
  • Detail oriented, structured
  • Technical skills
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Proficient in IT systems: ERP (SAP desirable), Planning & Reporting tools and integrated solutions
  • Understanding of end-to-end process, systems and data flows across organization at business and finance side
  • Language skills: Fluent in English, Portuguese is a plus
