We are looking for a Quality Manager to strengthen our Team in our Business Unit Transformers, Ticino.
In this role you are assuring the effective implementation, maturity assessment and improvement of all processes along the entire value chain to improve customer satisfaction and increase profitability in a safe working environment.

You are defining and developing Quality and Operational Excellence (Q&OpEx) strategies in line with BU and HUB Q&OpEx strategy, supporting their local adoption and deployment to accelerate the rate of operational improvement across the entire value chain.
You are working with local management team to set coherent and aligned Q&OpEx priorities and targets across the entire value chain, monitoring progress, analyzing Q&OpEx Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and act on deviations from targets.
You are deploying the standard quality improvement approach within all areas of the local organization to continuously improve business practices and performance.
You are ensuring the local organization has an effective management system that addresses Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental practices within the operation.
You are ensuring (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. You are guiding, motivating and developing direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies, for the benefit of both the unit and the employees.
You bring an educational background in a related field
You have profound experience in System Quality and Production Quality
You gained already experience in direct and indirect leading of people
Industry experience is considered as a big plus
You are fluent in English and Italian
You bring excellent Stakeholder-Management Skills and have a high costumer focus
You are a great communicator, self-driven and open-minded
