The Hitachi Energy IT End User Services HQ Specialist and VIP Supporter is a key part of the Hitachi Energy HQ IT and VIP Support team. With technical-, and excellent soft skills, the End User Services HQ Specialist will ensure that Hitachi Energy HQ and VIP users receive supreme care and assistance during their day-to-day work with IT-related issues.

You provide technical support to HQ end users and VIPs.
You collaborate with cross-functional work teams, key stakeholders, IT managers, internal & 3rd party suppliers, and subject matter experts to maintain HQ IT and VIP support services and solutions.
You works with HQ users and VIPs to identify IT-related problems and advise on solutions.
You manage small projects related to HQ IT and VIP support services
You liaise with Service Desk or resolver groups to find resolutions to more complex problems.
You maintains appropriate IT competence within the department, ensuring alignment to given IT goals, relevant IT Standards, and other applicable HITACHI ENERGY directives and HITACHI ENERGY guidelines.
You increase satisfaction with HQ IT and VIP support services by assessing expectations and ensuring actions are taken to close gaps. You Develop productive relationships with HQ end users and VIPs to influence how HQ IT can enable new sources of value.
You bring an Education in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field with three years of experience in a customer-facing support role.
You have first experience in the technical user support area and managing costumers
You have Up-to-date knowledge of current end-user support trends, tools, methods, and processes.
Good working knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and ITSM tools is required
You have an analytical and problem-solving attitude
You are highly flexible, creative and organized
