Electrical Design Engineer, Power2 Engineering Development Program

Hitachi energy is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer for the Power2 Engineering Development Program. This program aims to build your career in engineering, which will provide unique opportunities to gain expertise in several areas of Engineering, including marketing, applications, and operations engineering.   • In this training program, you will get a cross functional training in the marketing/Quality for six months, where you will understand the whole business process and apply your technical design skill knowledge from Engineering to the Marketing and Quality functions.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an Accredited University and two (2) or more years of work experience. Intern and Co-op experience will be considered as part of the 2 years of required work experience.

  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the U.S.

  • Interest in the energy and/or manufacturing sectors.

  • Self-starter that seeks knowledge outside of the classroom.

  • Willingness to stay and work from:  Bland, VA.

  • Relocation assistance is provided.
