Digitalization engineer

Mission statement:

Lead digital project development and digital platform upgrade and enhance digitalization level of operation system. Achieve the goal of manufacture system intelligent upgrade by implementing standardized digital module and form interconnected digital network.

Your responsibilities:

• You will be identifying the opportunities of digitalization by collecting and analyzing requirements from functions and transform them into digital project base on technology feasibility study and investment vs. benefit analysis.

• You will regularly review the operation status of digital system and continuous to upgrade and maintain system to reach a better performance to meet requirement of business.

• You will support outsourcing digital project, assess the capability of supplier, clearly present the business requirement with specific technical document, coordinate the process of development, and ensure system go live timely.

• You will align with global digital strategy and adjust local requirement to global policy and meanwhile ensure local digital flatform compatible with fundamental system, like SAP, DPS, HVPLM etc.

Your background:

• You hold bachelor's degree and major in computer science, software engineering, industrial engineering etc.

• More than 2 years' experience as lead of digitalization in manufacture area and familiar with operation process.

• Proficient in one or more of programming language, such as VB/VBA，C#，Python, MS SQL or MySQL database etc.

• Familiar with UI design, client development, database programming, have knowledge of web server construction, web server, network, data security and other related knowledge.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Both spoken & written English language is needed.
