Hitachi Energy Switzerland Ltd, High Voltage Products, is renowned worldwide as a specialist for power transmission and distribution. The Service unit is responsible for the worldwide after sales support of generator circuit-breaker (GCB) systems and gas insulated switchgears (GIS) for both Transmission (220kV-550kV) and Sub-transmission (60kV-170kV) level, including training, installation and commissioning, scheduled maintenance, value-added services, troubleshooting, extensions, retrofits and replacements. Your Responsibilities
Pro-active sales, acquisition and marketing activities in assigned sales area for Standardised and Non-Standardized service offerings, includes definition of pricing for sales area
Prepare offers in close collaboration with customer and internal partners
Develop and understand customer requirements and actively support customer decisions, provide customer support, consulting services and actively receive customer feedback.
Actively solve customer requests, complaints or issues competent in a timely manner
Develop and look after customer relationships (internal and external), sales and service channels
Provide yearly market analysis, competitor analysis, customer developments and regional challenges
Closely monitor customer budgets and targets with actuals and actively close gaps
Your background
Higher education with technical and/or commercial focus (University, FH, TS or similar)
Profound experience in sales, acquisitions and negotiations
Several years of work experience, preferably in a similar position
Very good knowledge with SAP, MS Office
Drive and persistence combined with strong skills in motivation others
Fluent in English, other languages (e.g. German) are a plus
Willingness to travel up to 30%
