The scope of the Head of Project Construction & Commissioning Management (PCCM) is to manage and coordinate Construction and Commissioning processes and activities related to project scope. The Head of PCCM is located on-shore supporting the accomplishment of the site execution and management by the site manager.
Your responsibilities
Identify Construction & Commissioning (C&C) responsibilities as per tendered position
Review scope, budget, and risk & opportunities in the contract together with the responsible C&C department
Monitor and report on regular basis the overall construction execution, cost forecast and planning.
Provide timely, accurate, reliable and actual information to the Project Director
Overall responsibility for construction and commissioning work at site
Your background
Master degree M.Sc or MBA Engineering
Experience in Project Management, background in EPC business ( HVDC or Power)
15+ years of work experience
Strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to perform under pressure and management of multiple priorities
Highly collaborative work style which includes working effectively across all organizational levels
