Mission Statement:

Contribute to improving Health, Safety and Environment and Quality (HSE and Q) performance for the business area. Support the business by applying in-depth knowledge to offer solutions and advice through delivery of Group-wide performance improvement programs and/or Group Audit Program.

Your Responsibility

  • You will Contributing to driving behavioural change and continuous improvement though delivery of training and competence initiatives and expert support to the Local Business Units in line with plan agreed. Supports the sharing of best practice. Coordinates reporting on HSE and Q performance and support delivery of Group audit program.
  • You will Contributing, Tracking and assessing emerging trends and legislation in HSE and communicates relevant information on legal requirements within area of expertise and geography. Supports BU to operate in compliance with standards and respective legal obligations.
  • You will Deliver and deploy HSE and Q training, audit, and Group-wide performance improvement programs.
  • You will be Providing analysis of HSE and Q data within area of responsibility. Reports on progress on implementation of Sustainability Objectives and key performance indicators (KPI) as required.
  • You will Drive and Contribute to effective risk management of HSE issues by providing specialist knowledge and advice to the business.
  • You will Cooperate across functions and with business partners to raise awareness and drive performance, engages with internal and external stakeholders to build commitment and credibility.
  • You will Contributes to and/or plans and executes Health, Safety and Environment performance.

  • You will Driving behavioural change to continuously improve performance through coordinated programs and initiatives. Supports the sharing of best practice and applies standardized processes to deliver consistent support within the organization. Ensures capability is built through training.
  • You will ensure safe working procedures and practices are always followed including the wearing and maintenance of assigned Personal Protective Equipment.
  • You will Attending required health, safety and environment and quality training.
  • You will investigate and report injuries, incidents, hazards and near miss events.
  • You will be responsible for compliance with relevant HSE and Q policy and procedures, ensuring proactive risk assessments take place and corrective actions monitored/followed up. 
  • You will contribute to an injury, incident, near miss and hazard reporting culture within your team.
  • Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your Background

  • OHS and E experience in project or service organization.
  • Quality control/documentation experience is an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of field/project HSE experience.
  • Diploma in HSE education.
  • Skills – Proficient with MS Word, Excel; Demonstrated Negotiation skills.
