We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join our innovative engineering team building large scale wireless networking solutions.

Your responsibilities:
- Debug, resolve and reproduce the most important issues for our customers.
- Active support integration and launching our new products on customer sides.
- Interface with other developers, quality team, and product management members to improve overall customer experience.
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into engineering requirements.
- Help in executing customer trials and pilots.
Your background:
- BSc or MSc degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science, Electronics, or similar area.
- 4+ years of experience with customer support or software development or testing in network protocols/telecommunication area.
- Knowledge of cellular telecommunication systems (LTE, 5G).
- Familiarity with WiFi standard.
- Good understanding of the host stack protocols such as IPv4/IPv6/TCP/UDP.
- Proficient with Linux.
- Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Team-player attitude.
- Comfortable with international travel.
