Your responsibilities

  • Leads and monitors a team of production planners;
  • Implements the planning of the production of electrical equipment products, as well as for complete projects of any complexity in the short, medium and long term;
  • Responsible for the production planning process, monitors the corrections in customer’s demand according to the set calendar, ensures that the new confirmations are implemented in the system (SAP) - responsible for corrective planning of factory acceptance tests ;
  • Actively communicates with customers about delivery dates and additional requirements;
  • Managing entire production planning data into MDB and relevant tools in customer’s organizations;
  • Effectively monitors and controls the progress of the project and the efficient use of resources;
  • Actively works with Material Planning, Supply Chain and Project management to develop a process to optimally use order forecasts to ensure that high cost and long lead time materials are delivered just in time before production begins to optimize inventory, provides forecasts for electrical components to procurement functions;
  • Responsible for COTD measurement and high performance in terms of On Time Delivery;
  • Keep SOP’s fulfillment processes;
  • Prepares and provides monthly performance report (KPIs) to the team and manages production utilization, set action plan and distribute all preventive actions for poor performance to production;
  • Manages and prioritizes daily team duties, conducts Annual performance reviews and approves and schedules vacations;
  • Takes care of the individual development of each member of the team, develops their knowledge and skill in planning and ordering materials, trains new employees.

Your background

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in the field Business Administration, Supply Chain management or other;
  • Minimum 2 years experience in planning and scheduling of production with sound knowledge in master scheduling, production planning and detailed scheduling, demand management, purchasing, and cost accounting techniques;
  • Fluent Knowledge of English language – written and spoken;
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills, experience with SAP is advantage;
  • Extremely organized and self-driven personality;
  • Analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills required with the ability to work well with all levels of employees and internal departments in a diverse environment;
  • Experience and knowledge with Lean Manufacturing concepts and DMAIC methodology; Yellow/Green belt certified will be advantage.
