You will execute tests in various laboratory departments on different devices using a complete knowledge of standard references, testing methodologies, and requested requirements. Evaluate and document test results for use as supporting knowledge in the development of new products.

Your responsibilities

• You will set up standard operation time, blue collar workload, create working instructions, process flow charts, checklists and other related documents for the production process.
• You will optimize production layout, internal logistic analysis and improvement, improve surface utilization.
• Capacity analysis, resource optimize, continue improve productivity, assist production to solve problem.
• Identification and optimization of assembly process for increased efficiency and productivity to achieve reductions of manufacturing costs.
• You will design and optimize Jigs and tools to improve production efficiency and quality.
• Other jobs assigned by superior.

Your background

• A Bachelor’s degree or above, major in industrial engineer, mechanical or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in machinery.
• Strong sense of responsibility, team player.
• The reliable ability of statistical analysis, project management and problem solution.
• Good communication skills and bilingual in English and Chinese.
• Familiar with CAD and other work software.
• Knowledge of lean and Continuous Improvement.
